Union County Homes: Wayne and Jean Marie Zuhl (Hallmark Realtors)

Top 3 favorite Signs of Spring

Gotta love spring, and it's definitely sprung here in Union County. Here are Team Zuhl's top 3 favorite signs that spring has sprung:

1. Baseball. Who doesn't love the Boys of Summer?  Team Zuhl falls heavily into Mets fan territory, and here Jean is at Opening Day with our daughter Liz. Even if you're a Yankee fan (like our son Paul), we join you in celebrating the return of America's game!

2. Buds. These beauties popped up in our front yard this week. The bushes are budding and the tulips have broken ground but these hyacinths are always the first to flower.

3. Business. We've been on countless listing appointments and have just signed three new listings. Our inventory is higher than it's been since last summer, and the phones are ringing off the hook.

If spring is the right time for you to list your home, Team Zuhl is ready to get it sold! Call us at 908-917-4189 and get in the game!
